Pet Costume Contest Entries: Volume 1

Northern, RI – Get ready for cuteness overload.

Welcome to Volume 1 of the entries in our Howl-O-Ween, Meowl-O-Ween & Every Pet In-Bat-Ween Costume Contest, where readers submit photos of their pets to compete for a chance to win prizes – all while raising funds for a local animal shelter.

Winners of competition will be decided by readers. To vote, just let us know which pet you think should be named “best dressed” this Halloween in the comment section below this article. If we receive enough entries prior to the Friday, Oct. 21 deadline, the winners from each volume will compete in a runoff, with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

View an introduction to the contest and details on how to enter here, and check out the prizes at stake here. Or visit the special “Pet Contest” page we’ve created for the fundraiser anytime to see links to all of the photos and related details.

Without further adieu, here’s our first batch of contestants.
