NORTH SMITHFIELD – The owner of a North Smithfield-based business is offering a cash reward to anyone with information regarding a burglary at the shop that took place over the weekend.

Masks thieves smashed through the front door of The Juice Box Vape Shop at 921 Victory Highway in the early morning hours on Saturday, Dec. 9, stealing cash and other supplies from the business. Video of the incident at 4:54 a.m. shows what appear to be four suspects wearing black clothing and face coverings as they rummage through the shop, loading items into bags. Footage also shows the burglars getting out of a red Kia that police say was reported stolen earlier in the night.

Owner Donna Killeen, a Harrisville resident, has published security video – found below – along with images of the thieves, offering cash rewards for any information leading to their arrest.

“You know we always think the best of everyone, friends and customers, new and old – and then this stuff happens,” wrote Killeen in a post of social media. “it makes it real tough for me and my husband to trust anyone.”

More still images from the incident can be found on the business’s Facebook page.

Anyone with information should contact Det. Gregory Chito at 401-762-1212 ext. 225. or the shop at (401) 451-4543.
