Crowds greeted Santa & Mrs. Claus as they arrived at the Victorian Holiday in Pascoag on Saturday.

Adopt-a-Family

The Burrillville Police Department’s annual Adopt-a-Family program is now underway, with the goal of providing a complete Christmas holiday for local families in need. This year, the department has identified 23 children in six families ranging in age from 3 months to 16 years old, and may be adding more.

The department purchases many gifts and is able to do more for recipients thanks to participation from the community. Those who want to help buy specific gifts, donate money or a gift card, or volunteer to help wrap it all up are asked to contact Lisa Rabideau at lrabideau@burrillville.org, or at (401) 568-9494 ext 1.
