BURRILLVILLE – A woman from Harrisville won big playing Keno Plus online last month, according to a release this week from the Rhode Island Lottery.
The winner, who reportedly told lotto officials that her favorite number is four, won $17,000 playing the numbers 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46,47, 48, 49 and 50 on Wednesday, June 14. She matched 9 out of 10 numbers to win the base prize of $4,250, which was quadrupled to $17,000 when the 4X Keno Plus multiplier came up.
The winner said she plans to use the money to take a vacation.
RI Lottery officials also noted that the estimated Powerball jackpot for Wednesday, July 12 is the seventh largest in the game’s history. The prize is now at $725 million, which has a cash value of $366.2 million. The largest Powerball jackpot ever won was $2.040 billion on November 7, 2022, with one winning ticket sold in California.
