Golf tournament
The Burrillville Land Trust’s Save Sweet’s Hill Golf Tournament will take place on Friday, June 2, with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. and 18 holes of golf, followed by a luncheon with a BBQ buffet, coffee and pastries. Sponsorships are available and there will be prizes for low scores, longest drive and closest to the pin. Non players are invited to attend the just the luncheon, with all proceeds to benefit the land trust’s efforts to purchase and steward the Sweet’s Hill property.

Stuff the Gazebo
The Burrillville Lions Club will host “Stuff the Gazebo,” on Saturday, June 3 to benefit the Burrillville Weekend Snack Pack program from 9 a.m. to noon at the Main Street gazebo in front of Levy School. Help the club fill the gazebo with non-perishable items such as peanut butter, pasta, mac & cheese and juice boxes.
All items will go to the program, which provides weekend meals for 35-50 students in need each week. The fully volunteer program cost roughly $1,500 a month to operate.
Farmer’s Market
The Burrillville Farmer’s Market open for the season this Saturday, June 3, offering locally grown foods, live music and artisans every week through September 30 at Stillwater Mill Center from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Fountain Square Spring Splash
The Burrillville Redevelopment Agency and Bravo Brewing Company will sponsor the Fountain Square Spring Splash on Saturday, June 3 starting at 4 p.m. on Pascoag Main Street. The event will include vendors, activities and live entertainment, and celebrate the opening of the new Fountain Park in Pascoag.
