BURRILLVILLE – Burrillville police seized a rifle and a shotgun from a home last month after finding broken items strewn both in and outside the residence following a domestic dispute.

Jared Mansolillo, 39, was arrested and charged with domestic vandalism, assault and disorderly conduct in connection with the incident.

According to the arrest report, police were dispatched to the area of East Hill Street around 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 13 after receiving multiple calls. Officers located the female victim and her young child in an idling vehicle, and were told Mansolillo had physically pushed the woman out the back door of his home during a domestic dispute.

Police reportedly found dishware and items smashed across the front yard and porch of the home, as well as inside.

Mansolillo was processed and released, but police siezed two firearms from the home, a Mossberg .22 rifle and a 12-gauge shotgun. He has a pretrial conference scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 2.
