The Halliwell Community Garden will hold an open house on Sunday, Sept. 12 from 4 to 6 p.m. to give residents a chance to see the produce, now in full bloom, learn how it was built, give feedback or discuss how they might participate in the future. The garden is located at the former Halliwell Elementary School at 358 Victory Highway.
