BURRILLVILLE – With school starting across the state this week and the following week, the Itty Bitty Super Dupers want to take this opportunity to remind kids to be nice to each other and practice healthy habits in their own schools.

Bullying is a part of the school experience that needs to end for little kids. Making sure that they make healthy food and drink decisions is extremely important for grade school students as well.

This week’s Sunday Cartoon depicts one of the Itty Bitty Super Dupers villain cartoon characters called Bullybots wanting to take away their milk money. The Itty Bitty Super Dupers respond, telling Bullybot that they need their milk because it helps build stronger bones, teeth and heart. This message also conveys that little kids should drink at least two cups of milk daily for their overall health. The Itty Bitty Super Dupers keep their milk money and go back to school with a healthy habit, while being nice to other kids they meet up with in their school and classrooms.

“Be a Buddy, Not a Bully,” kids, and remember to always drink your daily amount of milk. It’s good for you and helps develop a healthy body. The Itty Bitty Super Dupers drink plenty of milk every day, and so should you.
