The Burrillville Historical & Preservation Society will hold a large yard sale on Saturday, May 22 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday, June 5 during the same hours. The sale will include household items, toys, clothing, women’s accessories, a flat screen TV, a tool box for pickup truck, luggage, tools, and many books, including some on woodworking, cookbooks and military history.
The event will be held rain or shine inside and outside the Bridgeton School at 16 Laurel Hill Ave. in Pascoag. Guests are also welcome to browse through the BH & PS archives.
The sale will mark the organization’s first event since the start of the pandemic, and members will be taking orders for “Burrillville Revisited” a new photographic history of the town. The book, which will be available for pickup in mid-June, is part of the “Images of America” series published by Arcadia Publishing and costs $21.99.
