Flakes began falling Monday morning in a storm expected to dump between 6 and 14 inches of snow on the region, according to the latest projections from the National Weather Service. The Burrillville Police Department has issued a parking ban until further notice to allow for storm cleanup.   The storm is expected to come with gusty winds and power outages could occur.
