In addition to seeking members for several existing town boards, town officials have begun appointing members to a new committee.
The Town Council passed a resolution this week creating an Art Committee to oversee displays of resident artwork at Town Hall.
Those interested in serving are asked to contact Town Clerk Lillian Silva Scott at (401) 767-2200 ext. 326, and ask to be added to the list.
Appointments to the new committee are expected to be made throughout January.
