BURRILLVILLE – The state Department of Health released a list of nursing home and assisted care facilities where two or more resident had tested positive for COVID 19 on Thursday, April 23, noting that Burrillville’s Crystal Lake Rehabilitation & Care Center has between 10 and 14 cases
There have been “fewer than five deaths,” at the Pascoag facility, according to RIDOH data.
The news follows the announcement that St. Antoine Residence in neighboring North Smithfield had also been hit with the virus, with seven cases confirmed. Data on Thursday showed there have been no deaths at that facility.
Also making the list was Heritage Hills in Smithfield where there have been 5 to 9 cases, according to RIDOH, and zero deaths.
Mount St. Rita in Cumberland has 50 to 54 confirmed cases, and 5 to 9 deaths.
In Woonsocket, Oakland Grove Health Center has 50 to 54 cases and 10 to 14 deaths, and Woonsocket Health Center has 15 to 19 cases and fewer than 5 deaths.
No other Burrillville facilities were noted on the list.
RIDOH is expected to update the data weekly.
