PROVIDENCE – Opponents of Invenergy Thermal LLC’s proposal to build a $1 billion,, 1,000-megawatt, gas-burning power plant in the Burrillville forest gather at the Rhode Island State House on Thursday.
The Energy Facility Siting Board will hold public deliberations on the project before ruling on its fate beginning June 19.
