BURRILLVILLE – Local artist and traffic safety advocate Jim Weicherding has released a series of coloring cartoons aimed at teaching kids how to stay safe during Halloween.
Police departments and libraries will be passing out the series, which shows kids how to be cautious while trick-or-treating.
