BURRILLVILLE – A 35-year-old Burrillville women is facing three felony charges after admitting to police last month that she agreed to purchase marijuana and vaping products for her 16-year-old son.

Tristin Hall of Pascoag has been charged with cruelty to or neglect of a child, controlled substance conspiracy and delivery of drug paraphernalia to a minor.

According to Hall’s arrest record, an investigator from the Department of Children Youth and Families told police she had received a complaint from an individual who had read messages between Hall and her son on Facebook Messenger.

The investigator obtained a copy of the messages, which she then provided to police.

“The messages clearly indicated Hall’s agreement to purchase vaping products and marijuana,” the report notes.

Hall reportedly admitted to police that she purchased the items for her son, noting that she has her medical marijuana card.

Hall was arraigned and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions as a probation violator.
