Arts festival returns

The Burrillville Arts & Crafts Festival returns to the Assembly Theatre this weekend with live music, food, activities and more than 100 vendors. The event will take place on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 14 & 15, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A laser light show is scheduled to take place Saturday evening, starting between 8 and 8:30 p.m.

Tea Party

Pascoag Public Library will host a “Fancy Nancy Tea Party on Saturday, Sept. 14, starting at 10 a.m. Children ages 2-10 are invited to wear their fancy clothes and enjoy a tea party and fashion show.

Broncopalooza

Also on Saturday, the Burrillville High School Student Council will host Broncopalooza at the Burrillville Middle School from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with local organizations and vendor booths offering food, face painting, games and more.

Farm to Table

On Sunday, Mapleville Farms will host an event in their Farm to Table dinner series focused on Italian food starting at 3 p.m. Tickets are $35 and can be purchased at maplevillefarm.com or at the Shoppe. For more information call (401) 568-0455.

Chicken dinner

Tickets are now on sale for the annual chicken dinner at Addieville East Farm to benefit The First Universalist Church. The event will take place on Saturday, Oct. 5 and will include music, raffles and more. It is sponsored by the Burrillville Historical & Preservation Society, has limited seating.
