Test kitchen
Pascoag Cafe at 150 Pascoag Main St. is launching their new Test Kitchen this week, a new weekly pop-up menu developed by Johnson & Wales trained Chef Michael Long. The test kitchen begins on Monday, March 24 at 3 p.m. and will run until items sell out including shishkabob, perogies, kielbasa & kraut. View this full menu on the Pascoag Cafe Facebook page here.
Auditons
The Assembly Theatre at 26 East Ave. will hold auditions on Monday, March 24 and Wednesday, March 26 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. for AssemblyACT’s August performance of The Little Mermaid Jr. The age range for the production is 6 to 18-years-old. Those auditioning are asked to bring in a headshot or recent photo as well as a resume if they have one. For the vocal performance, attendees should prepare a portion of a song that fits within 30-60 seconds, along with a karaoke track.

Skate Night
Burrillville Little League will host a Skate Night at Levy Rink at Burrillville High School at 425 East Ave. on Friday, March 28 from 6 to 8 p.m. The event is open to the public with tickets for $7 per person to include skate rental, and the event will also feature a 50/50 raffle.
Friends’ sale
Friends of the Jesse Smith Library will hold a jewelry and handbag fundraiser sale on Saturday, March 29 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a selection of donated and gently used items available for purchase. Visit the library at 100 Tinkham Lane with cash or check only to take advantage of the deals while helping to support the facility.
Expanding
Solitude Massage Therapy & Wellness at 979 East Ave. has announced that the business has expanded its services to include integrative health coaching, Gua Sha, ear candling and more, as well as the recent launch of classes in The Loft.
