BURRILLVILLE – It’s Christmas week folks!
Millions of travelers will be heading on to Rhode Island, New England and America roadways in family vehicles over the holidays on their way to visit family and friends. It’s very important that kids are safely and properly restrained in rear-facing car seats, booster seats and seatbelts in backseats. Weather conditions may hamper travel, and more traffic than usual can put drivers and passengers in situations that might not be very pleasant. Please be cautious and drive carefully on our roadways on your way to holiday gatherings. If you are concerned about arriving to your destination on time for meals and get togethers, please plan accordingly and allow yourself extra time on the road. If the weather is a factor and it involves inclement snowy and icy conditions, please drive safely and slow down.
