Live drawing
The Glocester Police Department will hold a live drawing on Facebook on Tuesday, Feb. 28 for the 50/50 raffle to raise funds for Noah Daigle, a Glocester boy fighting a rare cancer. The drawing can be viewed on the GPD page starting at 2 p.m.
Shop opening

Chia heads
Glocester Manton Free Public Library will host a program on Saturday, March 4 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for children of all ages, making Chia heads. Join Ms. Jen at the library at 1137 Putnam Pike anytime from 11 to 1 for crafts, coffee, and hot chocolate. Registration is not required.
Game dinner
The Glocester Lions Club will host a game dinner on Sunday, April 16 starting at noon at the Smithfield Elks Lodge at 326 Farnum Pike in Smithfield. The four-course dinner presented by Ralph’s Catering costs $50 per ticket.
