Paint and Pint
Bravo Brewing Company will host a “Paint and Pint Night,” on Tuesday, Jan. 14. Participants will get to decorate their own sign and enjoy Bravo Brewing Company beer or non-alcoholic refreshments at the same time.
Pre-registration and payment required to hold your spot, and the business’s last painting night sold out. To pre-register and pay, please stop by the brewery during regular business hours no later than Sunday, Dec. 29.
Prices are $25 for a 10×10 sign.
Parking ban
The Burrillville Police Department has announced a parking ban ahead of the upcoming snow storm. A ban will be in effect from midnight through noon on Tuesday, Dec. 17.
Snow accumulations of 2-4 inches are expected.

Car thieves
Over the last few weeks, numerous communities in the area, including Burrillville, have reported a rash of stolen motor vehicles and larcenies from cars according to an announcement from the Burrillville Police Department.
The department urges residents to be vigilant in protecting their property and vehicles. Residents are reminded not to leave any valuables inside of their vehicles at night and to lock car doors.
Any and all suspicious activity should be reported to police by calling 568-6255.
Town meetings
The Burrillville School Committee will hold a budget workshop at the district administration building on Tuesday, Dec. 17 starting at 4 p.m.
The Burrillville Personnel Board will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 17 starting at 5 p.m. for an agenda found here.
The Burrillville Screening Subcommittee will hold a meeting on Thursday, Dec. 19 starting at 6 p.m. in the town building for an agenda found here.
