Back in Black

AC/DC tribute band Back in Black will perform at the Assembly Theatre on Friday, Nov. 1 in a show starting at 8 p.m. Tickets for the all-ages performance cost $20

“Back In Black The True AC/DC Experience” has been touring the United States since 1990, entertaining audiences with their accurate replication of AC/DC’s music old and new.

Robert Black

Billed as New England’s premier Elvis impersonator, Robert Black will perform at the Assembly Saturday night from 7 to 10 p.m. Ticket to see the award-winning performance cost $20.

Craft & Vendor Fair

Jesse Smith Memorial Library will host a craft and vendor fair on Saturday, Nov. 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Admission to the event is free and crafters will be selling knit and crocheted items, homemade jams and jellies, canned vegetables, quilted items candles, photographs and more. All proceeds will benefit the library.

Fall cemetery cleanup

St. Patrick Cemetery on Pascoag Main Street will be holding their fall cleanup over the next several weeks and all memorial items are currently subject to removal and discard. New arrangements may resume beginning November 15. Questions can be directed to the cemetery office at (401) 568-5600.

Brewery announces opening

Pascoag-base Bravo Brewing Company has announced their grand opening, scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 9 at noon, with 10 beers on top and six styles available in cans. 

The brewery’s new partners, Home for our Troops, will also be on site next weekend.

Clocks turn back

Daylight saving time ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 3, returning us to standard time. Don’t forget to “fall back,” and enjoy the extra hour of sleep this weekend!
