GALLERY: 13th Great Pumpkin Festival brings out big crowds

NORTH SMITHFIELD – The 13th annual Great Pumpkin Festival, a community event that raises money for nonprofits and scholarships for local seniors, brought out thousands of guests to the fields at North Smithfield High School and Middle School on Saturday, Sept. 21.
