BURRILLVILLE – A Burrillville man was arrested for reckless driving after a crash on Route 146 in North Providence on Saturday, Feb. 9 that left two people hospitalized.
Jeremy Chieffallo, 38, of 22 Rexmere Road has been charged with operating with a suspended license and reckless driving, and also had a bench warrant for a previous charge of conspiracy to obtain money under false pretenses, according to state police.
The accident, which happened around 2 p.m., reportedly occurred after a black Ford crashed into the center barrier of the highway.
Both Chiefallo and the other driver were transported to Rhode Island Hospital and their condition is currently unknown.
Chieffallo was last arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 2 by Burrillville police on an outstanding warrant.
