Participants sought for Family Fair

The Burrillville Parks and Recreation Department is planning the 27th Anniversary Family Fair for Saturday, June 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Stillwater Mill Center. A rain date is planned for Saturday, June 23.

Participation will be open to local businesses, organizations, and agencies both local and statewide. No selling or money can be exchanged for sales of any kind at the fair.

There will also be food, demonstrations, raffles, giveaways, face painting, games, a pie eating contest, entertainment and a Farmer’s Market.

Participants are invited to set up booths illustrating their organization’s services and programs. The event is a chance to showcase organizations, network and share with others, both professionally and with the community, free of charge. Tables, chairs, extension cords, signage, and/or an anchored canopy are the responsibility of the participants. Space is limited. Burrillville community groups and non-profits receive first priority.
